Manufacturing Process
The Medterra manufacturing process starts with the industrial hemp that their farm harvests each year. This is a non-GMO hemp farm in Kentucky. Their hemp plants are selectively bred to make for highly concentrated CBD oil.
Once plants are selected, CO2 extraction is performed at low temperature and under high pressure to further maximize concentration and eliminate THC.
Their 99% pure CBD Crystalline takes the hemp oil from the extraction process and winterizes it to remove fats and lipids and produce the most concentrated form of cannabidiol.
The raw compounds Medterra produces are lab tested by a third party multiple times to ensure quality and purity.
Finally, all raw materials and finished goods are processed and assembled in Kentucky.
